These brownies are a healthier (but sweet) dessert, loaded with protein and fiber. They're a special treat for peanut butter and chocolate lovers.

cooked chickpeas

ground flax seeds
2 tbsp
peanut butter
12 cup
dates
1 cup
ground rolled oats
1 cup
apple sauce
12 cup
cocoa powder
12 cup
maple syrup
1 cup
salt
12 tsp
vanilla
12 tsp
peanuts
for crunch
14 cup

Preheat oven to 180C.

Mix all ingredients in a food processor except for peanuts. Add the peanuts and mix in with a spoon or spatula.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish. I used a 20x20cm dish.

Bake for 20 minutes.
