cooked chickpeas
drained and rinsed
1 can = ca. 220g
1 can
tahini
2 tbsp
lemon
juiced
juice of 1 lemon = ca. 1/4 cup
1 
garlic(optional)
1 clove
salt
1 tsp
pepper
per taste
kalamata olives
can be replaced with another kind of olives you like
10 pieces
sumac(optional)
sumac is a spice I discovered in Turkey. its flavor reminds me of lemon and cranberries

Prepare ingredients.

Mix all ingredients using a food processor, until smooth. Add water one tbsp a time until you reach the desired consistency.
