Cook potatoes

Cover potatoes with boiling water, add some salt and simmer until cooked through, around 15 minutes.

Prepare veggies

Meanwhile, slice onions, mushrooms, olives and measure corn and artichokes. Add veggies to a baking pan.

Mix everything

Mix chickpea flour, water and all spices except for nutritional yeast. Pour over the veggies. Add potatoes and mix everything in the pan.

Bake

Step
Bake for 25 minutes.

Serve

Serve while it's still warm. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
