Make sure you always some have some bananas in your freezer and you can whip up this summer dessert in minutes.

frozen bananas sliced (freeze for 2h) I always freeze whole bananas. If they're too hard to slice, let them thaw for a few minutes. | 2 |

fresh peach sliced | 1 |
chopped almonds(optional) | 1 tbsp |
maple syrup(optional) if you want some more sweetness you can add some maple syrup or honey | 1 tbsp |

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Use a fresh peach (not frozen), because it will get things moving in your food processor much easier than using just frozen fruits.

Serve immediately, sprinkled with toppings of choice.
